INDIGESTION
- Slow down and chew. We are always in a hurry, tend to gulp down our food, and then rush off to the next appointment. Slow down. Enjoying the meal may be all that you need to eliminate a rebellious stomach.
- Yogurt. The widespread use of broad spectrum antibiotics often leads to the depletion of necessary beneficial intestinal bacteria. Active culture yogurt eaten daily can restore this balance.
- Sweetened vinegar. If a lack of stomach acid is the cause of your problems, simply ingest a vinegar tea. Add a tablespoon of vinegar to a cup of water and drink ten to fifteen minutes before a meal.
BOILS
- Honey. This is one of the oldest and simplest remedies for stubborn boils. Apply directly to the boil. Best if left on overnight.
BEDWETTING
- Honey. Aside from the obvious water restrictions several hours before bedtime, taking a tablespoon of honey just before retiring will absorb excess moisture and eliminate the need for frequent bathroom trips.
