One drop of this sealant on your eyeliner brush before dipping it into mineral powder lets you apply color like a professional. One little bottle lasts and lasts and lasts.
Perfect, professional liner application every time.
Prolongs color for all day or all night definition. Best results are achieved when you use a fine point eyeliner brush and apply successive layers of color. Color will be deeper and have a more professional appearance as your line will be smoother with less rough edges. BRUSH RECOMMENDATION: Depending on effect desired, use a fine liner brush, straight or angle edge brush.
BRUSH RECOMMENDATION: Depending on effect desired, use a fine liner brush, straight or angle edge brush, or disposable foam applicator.
Apply to clean brows.
Use soft strokes to gently layer color.
Apply an initial fine dusting of mineral powder and/or primer to eye from lash line to brow line.
Liner
Moisten a fine line brush: Place a drop of sealant on brush, or dip brush into a drop that has been placed on the back of your hand or waxed paper. Roll brush in sealant to make sure it is absorbed and spread evenly on the brush.
Tap out a small amount of mineral powder into jar. Dip moistened brush into mineral powder. As above, press side of brush with pigment on the back of your hand to provide consistent coverage on brush and prevent any loose pigment from falling onto your face when you apply the color to your eye. Add more pigment until desired shade is achieved.
Apply color in thin line to lash line. Let dry a few seconds and reapply as desired. It is better to build up a line and coverage with several passes than to apply a single thick layer.
Eye-shadow Foiling
Foiling is a wet shadow technique used to add a little flair for daytime, or drama for nighttime. It can be applied as a single, double, or triple color. Color can be made as intense or as subtle as desired and is determined by color choice and amount of color applied. Metallic powders were the original shadows of choice, but any form of shadow is beautiful.
Use a flat eye shadow brush or a disposable sponge applicator. Moisten and apply mineral color as above.
Pat the brush/sponge on your eye area where you want to apply color. Begin with short strokes with the brush or a dabbing motion with the sponge. This will give you a smooth application free of streaks. Start with a thin layer and repeat if you want to build up color. Leave as is or add other shadow shades to complement the foil.
Single foil: Apply color from lash line to crease.Double foil: Apply as for single foil with a darker shade in the upper crease of the eye.Triple foil: Apply a lighter shade from the crease to the brow bone, or just underneath the brow bone for highlighting.
