- Apply moisturizer and let it absorb. Wipe off excess, whether oil, cream, or balm.
- Swipe lip brush over lipstick 6-8 times.If using gloss or stain, swipe brush over flocked applicator.
- Start brushing on color on the center of lower lip. Brush color towards one side of the lip, reaching to the corner.
- Brush color on the center of the upper lip. Start brushing color towards same side as on lower lip.
- Look to insure that the color on both lower and upper lips is even and one isn't darker or sheerer than the other.
- Repeat on other side of mouth.
