  • Exfoliate lips.
  • Apply moisturizer and let it absorb. Wipe off excess, whether oil, cream, or balm.
  • Swipe lip brush over lipstick 6-8 times.If using gloss or stain, swipe brush over flocked applicator.
  • Start brushing on color on the center of lower lip. Brush color towards one side of the lip, reaching to the corner.
  • Brush color on the center of the upper lip. Start brushing color towards same side as on lower lip.
  • Look to insure that the color on both lower and upper lips is even and one isn't darker or sheerer than the other.
  • Repeat on other side of mouth.
  • Add additional color to the center of upper and lower lips as this is where it tends to wear away the fastest.
  • To increase the appearance of volume of the lower lip, dip brush in gold glimmer powder and apply lightly to center of lower lip.
