Secret weapon in Egypt
I ordered finishing powder and foundation powder along with eyelash conditioner, morning blush, face cream and a color powder from you about a year ago. I am THRILLED with everything! I use them sparingly as I live in Egypt and only have the opportunity to pick up orders in the states every year or so. Even though my next trip isn't for months, I am running low and already cruising your website, scouting out what I want. I was hesitant to order because I haven't been wearing make up for long and don't usually buy anything but the cheapest of drug store makeup. Something about me rebels against the "beauty industry" so I have been loathe to buy into it. This stance has gotten difficult to maintain, however, as I creep through my late 30s and recognize that my youthful glow isn't keeping pace. But you offered a product that I could feel GREAT about supporting, because of the legacy of your uncle and the direction of your proceeds. So I had no problem plunking down the money, and hoped that the makeup would do the trick as a bonus! It did. I still don't fuss with wearing makeup daily, but whenever I do, everyone at my office immediately comments, saying things like "Wow, you must have gotten a good night's sleep!" or, "Uh oh, someone's in love again..." Your make up makes me glow on the outside, and allows me to shine on the inside, and my shrewder friends are asking me to bring back some Abbey St. Clare magic for them too.
